Kinamot is a food stall in Poblacion, Compostela which started last 2018 when a group of friends decided to make their weekend food trips into a business venture. The name Kinamot came from the bisaya verb “magkinamot” which means eating without the use of utensils. Last February 2020, the said business opened its own physical store and serves a variety of pungko pungko meals: ginabot, ngohiong, lumpiang taugi, pork lumpia, chicken skin, bola-bola and etc. They also have their own version of silog meals and some meal add-ons and extras.
